NDPROPortal guide

One BSP, two implementing providers

60-second editorial example · English (Australia)

PT-01 is a fictional administrative example with invented people, organisations and references. This video uses synthetic narration and editorial drawings. It is not a recording of NDPRO or the Commission portal.

Based on the Commission’s October 2026 guidance for registered implementing providers in the new portal, checked 31 October 2026. The Commission has indicated that this functionality may change in future releases.

Harbour’s earlier acceptance does not close Valley’s rejection follow-up. Keep each provider’s response and the next lodgement reference identifiable. The official accept/reject guide explains the new lodgement and evidence steps. Acceptance does not authorise a restrictive practice or complete monthly reporting.

One implementing provider accepted the BSP. Does that cover every implementer? No. The Commission's acceptance-status guide distinguishes each registered implementing provider's response. In this fictional example, Harbour accepted the plan and Valley rejected it.

Keep each organisation's response and reference identifiable. Valley's recorded reason concerns incorrect restrictive-practice details. The Commission's accept-or-reject guide explains that exception and the required new lodgement. Follow the current official instructions for the actual action.

In our fictional note, the new lodgement reference is still awaited. Harbour's earlier acceptance does not close that follow-up. The note does not authorise a restrictive practice or complete monthly reporting. Read the worked example and reuse the worksheet through the NDPRO guide.
